Summary: This is the 2nd edition, which has a few more designs included than the first edition. It is a compilation of books found at the turn of the century and Victorian Era. Most of them wre Priscilla Tatting Books. Many of these patterns can be found at the Antique Pattern Library because they are in public domain now due to their age. They are beautiful patterns and I do not regret buying this book. The patterns are written in vintage style isntructions. I also have the first edition which interestingly enough was © 1978 Jules Kliot and ISBN 0-916896-13-7

Summary: Small paper back book that is a reprint of Emmy Liebert's turn of the century tatting designs (early 1900's). It is slightly thicker than most small tatting books. German designer and German text. Emmy Liebert made many elaborate tatting designs such as edgings, bonnets, bags, doilies, medallions, and collars.
