Welcome to My Tatting Library!

Welcome to My Tatting Library!
With my ever consuming love for all things tatting it seems only fitting that my tatting library would grow on a constant basis. The only way to keep track of these well loved tatting books is to keep an alphabetized index of them.
"Better yet," I thought to myself, "Why don't I share it with the online tatting community and they can add any thoughts or opinions about the book as they see fit."

Each book will have it's own blog post. If you happen to have one of these books feel free to share your own thoughts, comments, or reviews in the comment section of the blog post for that book!
Many thanks to:

Special Thanks to:

for sending me a photo of a book to use!
The businesses who have given me permission to copy photos and link to their shops are in no way giving me any financial compensation for doing this. My compensation is the satisfaction of getting an alphabetized index of my personal tatting library organized and sharing it with the online tatting community! This is only an index of my tatting library, only the cover of the book is shown.

Oh, and one last thing...

Summary: This is a spiralbound soft cover book of 37 pages. There are 12 patterns. One bookmark pattern to correspond with each month of the year. June is even a "flip-flip sandal" corner marker! The patterns are written in a vintage style instructions, but are clearer than most vintage style instructions. There are black and white photo images with each pattern and drawn diagrams as well. This is a good book for the beginner who isn't afraid to jump out of the "Modern style instructions" shell! There are abbreviations for tatting terms in the front of the book along with explanations that the two shuttle patterns can be turned into just shuttle and ball patterns if you do the Shoe Lace Trick (which is very easy) which is also explained at the beginning of the book.

The book shown is part of an "Alphabetized Index of my Personal Tatting Library" and is not for sale by me. I receive no financial compensation from any book sellers for posting or linking to any shops. Feel free to leave your own comments or review about this book in the comments.
