Summary: This hardbound book has 87 pages bursting with full color photos for each pattern. There is a total of 28 patterns including floral motifs, doilies, a collar, necklace, tatted cap, a table runner and more. The patterns each have diagrams that include the stitch count and there are no written instructions with the patterns. The diagrams are clear and easy to read. At the front of the book there are full color photographs explaining how to tat and progressing to adding beads. Jan Stawasz is known world wide (amongst the international online tatting community) for his exqusite tatting patterns. He is a prolific designer and tatter. He also makes handmade tatting shuttles of which I am a proud owner of a few.
