Welcome to My Tatting Library!
With my ever consuming love for all things tatting it seems only fitting that my tatting library would grow on a constant basis. The only way to keep track of these well loved tatting books is to keep an alphabetized index of them.
"Better yet," I thought to myself, "Why don't I share it with the online tatting community and they can add any thoughts or opinions about the book as they see fit."

Summary: This is one of 4 of Mary Konior's published books. It is out of print. It is 120 pages of tatting instructions, black and white photos of tatting shuttles and tatted pieces and patterns written in a vintage style. Mary Konior's style of writing patterns is clearer than most vintage style written tatting patterns. There are patterns for edgings, "braids and strips" (a.k.a. "insertions"), collar, motifs, doilies, and even fingerless gloves! Photos correspond with the pattern that they represent. One thing of note is the edging entitled "Scarlett" on page 51 is a version of the familiar "Hens and Chicks" pattern that has been popular since about the 1920's. If this book is something you "must have" please use your favorite search engine to find a used book seller.
